New ERP solution from the GUS Group creates the basis for further digitalization and integration of partner companies.
ERC Additiv GmbH has successfully introduced its new ERP system, the GUS-OS Suite. The producer of fuel, combustible and lubricant additives has thus opened the door wide for its further digitalization. Among other things, the company is currently working on webshop solutions and portals into which the new ERP system automatically feeds product, inventory and logistics data, for example. The GUS-OSSuite also makes it much easier to integrate partner companies such as logistics partners into the business processes.
With the introduction of the new ERP solution, ERC Additiv was also able to overcome previous system discontinuities and reduce costs thanks to the resulting transparency. The GUS-OS Suite also increases the additive specialist's level of automation. The GUS Group 's solution, which is tailored to process manufacturers, maps all key operating processes at ERC Additiv. These primarily include materials management, purchasing, production, sales, quality control, warehouse management and maintenance. In addition, the additive manufacturer also uses the laboratory and reporting module of the GUS-OS Suite as well as functions for forecasting.
The solution implemented at ERC Additiv essentially follows the GUS-OS Suite workflows tailored to process manufacturers. At the same time, the additive manufacturer created some basic individual functions in collaboration with GUS. In particular, the very complex specifics of the additive business with regard to energy tax and the associated reporting could be mapped in this way.

"The planned web portals will give us additional competitive advantages." In addition, the company now has significantly more and higher-quality key figures at its disposal, which enable longer-term business forecasts or extended production planning.
