The chance

The implementation of the GUS-OS Suite at the first client, bojati food, was still a "greenfield project", as the food producer had not previously used a dedicated ERP system. The rollout of the GUS-OS Suite at borchers fine food, on the other hand, replaced an existing ERP system. As the team at bojati and borchers already had extensive experience from the initial implementation, the solution went live at borchers fine food after just four months of the project. The start also went smoothly: the company did not lose a single order and was able to continue working without interruption.
