The GUS OS Suite enables the smooth control of all processes related to the processing of customer orders. The prices and conditions customary in the industry (WKZ) can also be conveniently stored here, as can service agreements and framework contracts. The maintenance of a supply index is supported as well as the consideration of boycott lists. Last but not least, the GUS OS-Suite enables the automatic calculation of bonuses, commissions and freight costs as well as, for example, the calculation of packaging fees for the "green dot".
In order to make the billing of orders more flexible, the GUS-OS Suite has been extended by the Bit GUS-OS Milestone Billing feature. The new functionality offers the possibility to map another billing level in a sales order.
With GUS-OS Suite Costing, quotations can be created using a freely configurable costing scheme. Likewise, a contribution margin calculation of open and already invoiced orders is also possible. Via the mass price calculation, effects on cost changes in the supply chain (increase of supplier prices) on the own sales prices can be determined.
Also in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) you are well positioned with the GUS-OS Suite. Because with the GUS OS Suite it is possible to access all elements of sales: the creation and processing of quotations, the processing of customer orders, the customer control center (with customer master sheet) as well as corresponding turnover and sales statistics. Your office and field staff can also record any contacts with the customer (telephone notes, visit reports, etc.) in the system, which can also be accessed on the move via the Digital Hub service. Commission accounting for the field sales force rounds off the range of CRM functions.
Sales planning is a continuous process. In order to cope with the constantly changing planning situation, marketing and sales must always develop new planning statuses. The GUS-OS Forecast provides extensive support in this process. Through professional forecast generation and precise preparation of sales plan figures and values, the management of planned conversions and sales succeeds smoothly.
By linking the connection data with information stored in the GUS-OS Suite, communication processes with customers and suppliers can be significantly optimized. Thus, the GUS-OS CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) offers call centers, sales, customer service, logistics, accounting, ordering additional comfort in receiving and making incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Mobile sales management
The AIS sales management software provides your sales force with a visit planning assistant with Google Maps integration. As part of the visit preparation and planning, the visits can be notified accordingly. At the end of the day, the visits are documented and a daily report can also be created. The tool supports your sales department in many ways, e.g. in the implementation of targeted PoS measures.
Returns management in sales is used to process returns from customers, post them back to the merchandise management system, and handle them with the help of suitable processes. The processes can be statistically evaluated according to reasons and causes, and deadline tracking is also part of the solution. The function is also closely linked to sales, for example to issue credit notes or replacement deliveries, and also to the laboratory to generate test orders and record deviations and derive appropriate measures.
