The protection of your data is important to us. This policy describes how we deal with data protection in our company. 1. Anonymous Data Collection and Processing on this Website

Log file data is automatically collected in our server and stored in an internal log file, which is transmitted to us via your browser. It contains the following data:

  • type and version of the browser you are using,
  • type and version of the operating system you are using,
  • URL of the page from which you accessed our website,
  • search terms you used to find our website,
  • date and time of access,
  • names of the subpages you have accessed.

We collect and process this data anonymously. This means that the data cannot be assigned to a specific person. The purpose of data collection and data processing is the evaluation for internal system-related and statistical purposes.

2. Pseudonymous Data Collection and Processing on this Website

For marketing and optimization purposes, products and services of WiredMinds AG ( are used on this website. Data is collected, processed and stored to create a pseudonymous user profile. This means that this data is only associated with an internal indicator and not with your name or other means of identification. The data is therefore not associated with your person. Wherever possible and useful, the user profiles are completely anonymized. Cookies may be used for this purpose (see “Cookies” section). The collected data, which may also include personal data, is submitted to WiredMinds or collected directly by WiredMinds. WiredMinds may use information provided through visits to the websites to create anonymous user profiles. The obtained data will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website without the separately granted consent of the person concerned and will not be combined with personal data and the origin of the pseudonym. If IP addresses are collected, they are anonymized immediately after collection by deleting the last block of numbers. The collection, processing and storage of data can be objected to at any time with effect for the future (see “Right of Objection and Right of Revocation” section).

3. Cookies

We use so-called “cookies” for our websites. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. By setting cookies, our web server can recognize your browser, your individual settings in our websites and, possibly, parts of the registration data in encrypted form, thus facilitating your use of our websites and enabling an automatic login. 4. Data Collection with Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” (see “Cookies” section).  The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP Anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

Commissioned Data Processing
We have concluded a contract with Google for commissioned data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities for the use of Google Analytics.

Demographics in Google Analytics
This website uses the “Demographics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain information about the age, gender and interests of the website visitors. This data is derived from interest-based advertising by Google as well as from visitor data from third parties. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can disable this function at any time in the ad settings of your Google Account or you can generally prevent Google Analytics from collecting your information as described in the “Objection to Data Collection” section.

5. Newsletter Dispatch

6. Use of Your Personal Data

We use your personal data, namely title, first name, last name, company name, street, zip code, city, e-mail, telephone number and fax number, to process your contact request or to handle your order with us. The data will be passed on to third parties involved in the ordering process, particularly suppliers, for the exclusive purpose of processing your order as part of commissioned data processing. This data is not transferred or passed on to third parties for other purposes. We will only use your e-mail address for sending our newsletters or other interesting offers if you have given us your permission. You can revoke your consent at any time and stop receiving newsletters and e-mails from our company. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, there is a legal obligation to provide information if personal data is collected for processing. 7. Right to Information, Correction, Blocking and Deletion of Data

On request, we will inform you free of charge at any time about the data stored on your person, the data origin, the recipients and the purpose of storage. 8. Right of Objection and Right of Revocation

You have the right to object to the use of your data for creating user profiles and to revoke any consent you may have given us. In this case we will refrain from processing your data for these purposes. You can submit your objection or revocation informally by mail, telephone or e-mail without stating any reasons. You can also object to the use of your data for the newsletter at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.

 9. Google Web Fonts

This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google to uniformly display fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This represents a legitimate interest as defined in Section 6, (1) lit. f GDPR.
